Summer Camp for budding artists

This four-day art masterclass led by artist and art tutor Joanne Bryan is designed to encourage your mini artist to unleash their creative powers and develop their artistic skills.

Inspired by the current KAPOW exhibition - which explores the art of making comics and film, children will learn about the history of comic book style art (graphic storytelling), explore design, colour and text , and experiment with drawing using different techniques and materials.

Over the four days, these drawings will form the beginnings of sketchbooks which will evolve to create a painting in acrylics that will be displayed as part of an art exhibition in the foyer of the Art Gallery and Museum.
