If you have received a Rugby Borough Council parking ticket (Penalty Charge Notice) in an off-street car park, you will qualify for a 50 per cent reduction if you pay within 14 days of issue.

Do not ignore the ticket. If you do not either pay promptly or challenge the notice you may have to pay more.

You will need the PCN number, which starts with the letters 'RU', and your vehicle registration number.
