Visitor Experience Assistant (permanent)

Salary    £22,737 – £23,893 (£18,742 - £19,695 pro rata)

Visitor Experience Assistants are based front of house in the Art Gallery, Museum and Visitor Centre spaces, providing exceptional customer service and a warm welcome to all visitors. The successful candidate will be a brilliant communicator, proactive, flexible and reliable.
 
We are looking to appoint one Assistant with the following working pattern:

 Week 1:    Wednesday to Saturday

Week 2:    Tuesday to Saturday

 There is a requirement to work on weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays.

We are looking to appoint to our existing pool of casual staff, who are called upon at short notice to provide cover.

 Casual hours will vary according to the demands of the service and will include weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays.
