Exhibition Invigilation

Would you like to support our front of house team in providing a warm welcome and monitoring our exhibitions?

Help is needed during busy periods.
Whether you can spare a few hours, a full day, or several sessions, your help would make a huge difference.

Volunteers would help by:
• Welcoming visitors into the space
• Encouraging children to explore and engage
• Helping keep materials organised and stocked in learning spaces
• Supporting keeping the gallery tidy throughout the day
• Supporting the overall smooth visitor experience.

Parents and carers will remain responsible for their children, so your role is very much about assisting, encouraging, and helping create a positive atmosphere.
