Social History

We will take your class on a magic carpet ride through time highlighting the key moments and people in Rugby's history. Pupils might meet such characters as Henry de Rokeby, Lawrence Sheriff, Elizabeth 1, William Webb Ellis, a Victorian gentleman and Frank Whittle. Children can imagine how they might become a famous citizen of Rugby. This session is led by our Educational Facilitator and is aimed at key stage 1. Cost £35.00 for a one hour workshop which includes an activity. Workshops can also be extended on request or adapted for older classes.
